Wendy Chi is a doctoral student of the Educational Foundations, Policy and Practice program at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Her research interests include educational policy and law, with a focus on school choice and segregation. She also assists in research on broadening participation in computing.
Jessica Feld has been an elementary teacher for over 15 years. She has taught Elementary Science Methods to pre-service teachers at University of Northern Colorado for over 14 years. She was Executive Director for Thorne Ecological Institute for 5 years. She is currently Project Coordinator for 2 NSF GK-12 projects-eCSite and Project EXTREMES. Jessica has a masters in Science Education and a masters in Nonprofit Management. She enjoys her work at CU on the GK-12 projects.
Dr. Sarah Hug is the evaluator for the GK12 eCSite program. She serves as a research associate with the Alliance for Technology, Learning and Society (ATLAS) Institute at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Dr. Hug is a learning scientist specializing in mixed method research and evaluation regarding learning and identity in technology fields. She has served as an evaluator for numerous National Science Foundation programs which aim to broaden participation in computing.
